Jewelry Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, replacement, or exchange. The following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. Item Condition: All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all original certificates and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund. Any scratches, nicks, missing stones, or alterations will disqualify the return.

  2. Stone Replacement: If a diamond or gemstone is missing from your jewelry, we will replace it free of charge within 3 months of purchase, provided the total weight of the missing stone is less than 0.12 carats. This service is available only for jewelry where the stone loss is due to a defect. Jewelry pieces that have lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carats or larger are not covered under this free replacement policy.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, including custom jewelry pieces or items specifically requested but not listed on our website, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  4. Ring Sizing: We offer ring resizing services for up to 1 month after purchase for a nominal fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with resizing. Eternity rings cannot be resized, and if they are returned due to incorrect sizing, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  5. Warranty Exclusions: The 3-month manufacturer’s warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. It does not cover damage due to general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, lost or stolen parts, or water damage. Improper repairs or servicing by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

  6. Return Instructions: To initiate a return, include a copy of your original invoice with the item(s) being returned. For your protection, it is recommended that you insure the package for the full value of the items plus shipping charges, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    • For returns with items valued under $500, any carrier may be used.

    • For returns with items valued over $500, use USPS Registered Mail (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500).

  7. Shipping Costs: All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns. If original certificates are missing, a fee of $200 per certificate will apply.

  8. International Returns: For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, VAT, and taxes incurred. If a package is refused at customs or the customer is unavailable to receive it, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the refund.

  9. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card, while payments made by bank wire will be refunded by company check.

GlobalArtandStyle.com reserves the right to modify or amend this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. GlobalArtandStyle.com is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during the return process, and we retain the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
