Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@GlobalArtandStyle.com. The return shipping address will be provided once your return request is approved. We work with multiple fulfillment centers, and each item must be sent to the correct facility to ensure proper processing. This helps us process your return quickly and prevents shipments from going to the wrong location. We provide the return shipping address only; customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are final sale. Art and custom home décor items are non-refundable.

Charitable Donations
Monetary charitable donations are final and non-refundable, as they are immediately directed to the designated charitable cause.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with tags (if applicable), in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. Return Shipping Costs
Except in cases where we are at fault, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit may be issued if an exchange is not possible.

Shipping
Please allow up to 15 days for art items to arrive due to production time. Standard home décor and furniture shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
